Is Vintage Grace a 55+ Active Adult Community?
Yes.
Can You Tour the Vintage Grace Community?
Yes.  Please schedule an appointment for a Tour or to see one of our Homes that might be For Sale. Call (214) 460-1086, and we will be glad to schedule a time that is most convenient for you. This will guarantee that we will be available to show you around.  For the security and privacy concerns of our residents, we do not permit unknown vehicles to drive in and around the community. It is very important to us for our residents to be safe and have the privacy that they deserve!!
What is the Minimum Purchase Price for a Park Home Placed Within Vintage Grace?
The minimum purchase price is $85,000 before sales tax, skirting, and final setup.
Do You Buy a Park Home From Vintage Grace?
Vintage Grace does not sell Park Homes.
We recommend Platinum Cottage Park Model Homes.
Beautiful Park Homes can be purchased from Home Co., located in Cumby, TX. , Home Co is a division of Recreational Resort Cottages.Â

Do You Buy or Lease a Home Site at Vintage Grace?
Home sites are for lease only.
Are Utilities Included in the Lease Payment?
City Water, City Trash, and City Sewer are included in the Monthly Lease Amount.
Electricity is billed directly from the service provider and is based on your plan rate and consumption. Generally, Residents pay an average rate of $70 per month.
Optical Fiber Internet is already available at each homesite. Peoples Communications is the provider and has monthly plans that are very reasonable.
Lawn Mowing and Trimming Service is available for $30 a month. You are welcome to cut your own lawn, but this service is really great!!
No other recurring fees are charged.

Can I Park a Fifth Wheel RV on Site?
No, a motorized RV or Fifth-wheel RV can not be parked on site. There are several local businesses nearby that lease parking and storage spaces for all types of RVs.Â
Can I Use an Off-Road Vehicle at Vintage Grace?
Yes, Electric golf carts are permitted.
Can I Add a Storage and/or a Carport Structure to My Pad Site?
Yes. The exterior appearance of structures is required to match your Park Home Exterior and meet a Vintage Grace Design Standard.
Can I Put a Deck on the Site?
Yes. Decks can be placed on Home site.
Are There Exterior Design Requirements for the Park Model?
Yes. Please inquire about Vintage Grace-approved exterior materials and colors. Metal roofs are required.
Is There a Homeowners Association?
No HOA. Vintage Grace Rules and Regulations govern our community.
Who is Responsible for General Landscaping and Yard Maintenance of Home Site?
The resident is responsible for landscaping and yard maintenance of their Home site. Suppose you do not want to do your own lawn care maintenance. We do have a Lawn Service Program that costs $30 a month. This is actual annual Lawn Care costs which are spread over a 12-month period.
Are Pets Allowed?
We allow and love well-behaved indoor living pets. Owners are required to be with their pets while outside. Physical Fences are not permitted on a Home site. Invisible underground fences are permitted.
